Terms of Trade

Important conditions that apply to enquiries, quotations and commercial discussions with PUREPACK Naturals.

Last updated: 2 August 2026

These terms provide a general framework for business discussions. The final terms for any order are confirmed in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order and sales contract.

Enquiries and quotations

Buyers should provide clear product, grade, quantity, packaging, destination, timing and Incoterm requirements. Quotations are subject to product availability, agreed specifications and the stated validity period.

Products and specifications

Product descriptions, samples, specifications, packaging and quality requirements are confirmed for each transaction. Seasonal availability and supply conditions may affect the final offer and schedule.

Prices and payment

Prices, currency, deposits, balance-payment conditions and accepted payment method are set out in writing before an order proceeds. Payment may be arranged by telegraphic transfer or, for eligible transactions, letter of credit.

Delivery and Incoterms

The agreed Incoterm, named port or destination, shipment plan and delivery responsibility are stated in the relevant commercial document. FOB, CFR/C&F or CIF arrangements may be used by agreement.

Documentation and compliance

Documentation requirements are confirmed according to the product and destination. Buyers remain responsible for ensuring that their import, market-access and local regulatory requirements are understood and met.

Changes, cancellation and claims

Any change, cancellation or claim should be communicated promptly and in writing. The applicable sales contract or commercial agreement will govern the specific process and any agreed remedies.
